Biography
Frederick Isaac Snover was born on 11 Sep 1743 in Trappe, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, British America. His parents were Anna Elizabeth Windemuth and Johannes Schnauber (name changed to Snover in America). He was the only child born in America following their immigration.[1]
Frederick was a zealous patriot and served in the Continental Army during the Revolution. He was listed January 1783, as being a member of the Reformed Association of Hardwick. He served as constable for Hardwick Township, Sussex County, New Jersey, in 1776. He is on record for supplying services and supplies during the American Revolution in 1780 and 1781. [2]

1. Frederick and Anna Margaret (Waldorf) Snover (1743-1777) were married circa 1762 in Franklin, Sussex, New Jersey. Margaret died when she was only 34 years old but gave him 9 children.[4]

Death
Frederick died anuary 14, 1830 aged 86 years, 4 mo. and 3 days. He is buried in Old Stillwater Cemetery, Stillwater, Sussex County, New Jersey. [6]
